Shipping & Returns

At UNherd, we aim to deliver your order, free of cost PAN India, as quickly and securely as possible.
We typically ship within 5–7 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and any unforeseen courier delays. We appreciate your patience — your exclusive gear is worth the wait.

​With a compulsive need to put a customer's satisfaction on the top of our priorities, we would gladly accept returns on any UNherd product within 10 days of purchase.

 

Although there need not be a reason as to why you've returned a product, we request you to share your concerns in order for us to serve you better in future.

 

How do I initiate the return?​

You can initiate a return by simply getting in touch with us on WhatsApp or calling us on 09731768447 / 09731768442.​

 

Alternatively, you can drop an email at info@unherd.club or fill up a form by clicking here.​

 

The product will then be picked up by one of our executives, and your refund or exchange request will be initiated upon inspection of the product.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • The product must be unused. Products that are damaged or used cannot be resold, and hence will not be accepted for return.

  • A shipping charge of Rs.100 will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, you may also ship the product yourself, in which case, UNherd will not be responsible for loss or damage of the product whilst shipment.

  • The return request must be placed within 10 days of delivery.

  • Any defect in the product must be communicated to us, along with pictures, within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All packaging, including boxes, tags, accessories, etc., must be provided upon return.

  • UNherd reserves the right to reject a return if it fails to meet any of the terms mentioned.

  • In case of return, you can either to choose to get the amount refunded to your bank account or avail store credit which can be used to make purchases on the website. Store credit will be processed and can be used immediately after inspection. However, payments refunded to your bank account may take 7 - 10 working days to be processed.
